Charlotte is kind and very understanding of the challenges in life I have had we built a rapport very quickly due to her being compassionate and very warm in her manner and tone, I feel I can trust her with anything I say without judgement, she also gently guides me and redirects conversation to help me see new ways of thinking about things and especially how I feel about myself.

I have struggled with self-confidence, anxiety and depression and having Charlotte for the past 4 months has been of real help to me, especially in learning new coping mechanisms to deal with my problems. I am not perfect by any means, but learning more about yourself through therapy helps, and it answers the questions you think you know but don't actually know.
