Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Charlotte Crawford. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have struggled with self-confidence, anxiety and depression and having Charlotte for the past 4 months has been of real help to me, especially in learning new coping mechanisms to deal with my problems. I am not perfect by any means, but learning more about yourself through therapy helps, and it answers the questions you think you know but don't actually know.

Very happy with Charlotte

From the very first session, Charlotte created a space that felt safe, supportive, and completely free of judgment. Charlotte has a remarkable ability to listen—not just hear, but truly listen—with patience, empathy, and understanding.

Charlotte is calm and collected, never rushed, and always attuned to what I’m feeling—even when I struggle to articulate it myself. Her guidance is thoughtful and grounded, and she offers practical ideas and comforting insights that actually make a difference.

I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more capable of facing whatever comes next.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and can help you feel seen, supported, and empowered, I can’t recommend Charlotte enough.

I have only had one session so I think this is too early for BetterHelp to ask me to write a meaningful review.

I have already recommended Better Help and Charlotte to a friend in similar need to myself, as the Counselling I've received has been brilliant - both gentle and assertive as well as practical next to therapeutic. Thank you Charlotte!

Charlotte is professional, empathetic, and experienced. From the very first session I felt comfortable with her and I didn't have the usual awkwardness that I have had with previous therapists. She provides helpful advice, gets me to understand why I might be feeling a certain way, and makes me feel that what I'm going through is something I can overcome. Would recommend highly.
