Arielle has been great! She is the first person who I feel like actually listens to me and I always leave the session feeling better and with tools to use outside of our sessions.

I don’t need a friend or a cheerleader. That’s what I like about Arielle. She balances being objective with compassion and support. That takes skills. I feel heard but also she challenges my ideas and helps me see another perspective. It’s great coaching skills.
