Veronica Vega, LMFT
About me
My therapy style is down to earth, non-judgmental, honest, and interactive. You can count on me to be present, treat you with respect, and see you as a person. Our time together will be customized to your particular needs – because your therapy is, after all, all about you and your healing. My approach combines humanistic, person-centered, experiential therapies as well as cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy.
If you are ready to come into a safe space, where you can be vulnerable without being judged, and have a partner in the process of addressing your concerns, then I am very much looking forward to working with you!
