Do you struggle with emotions and/or feeling overwhelmed? Are you navigating a life transition, change, or relationship that has been a challenge? Do you sometimes feel like giving up altogether? Change is HARD! But it is possible, and I want to help you through that!

Hi there, and welcome to Betterhelp! I am so glad that you are here, and I can't wait to help you to unpack the challenges you are navigating! My name is Krysten Rohlik. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of clinical experience. I have worked with all ages, populations, and a wide variety of challenges. It is huge that you are here seeking support, and I hope that you find your time in therapy to be exactly what you had hoped it to be. I want this space to be a safe and comfortable one for you to share anything and everything that you desire! I have significant experience working with a wide range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, aging/loss of independence, relationship issues, job/career challenges, identity, self esteem, OCD, attachment, boundaries/assertiveness, communication and many other life stressors and challenges.

I view myself as being a warm and compassionate person people often say they feel very comfortable around, which is a hugely important aspect of therapy. Helping my clients to feel as at ease and safe as possible is a top priority! My approach is very solution focused and I also often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, among other approaches. I will tailor my approach in working with you to fit your unique needs in order to best help you to achieve the outcomes and goals important to you. My job is hugely important to me, and a high priority in my life!

Krysten is a fantastic therapist who listens actively, and really works hard to help process through concerns in a way that is supportive, respectful, and positive. I cannot recommend her enough!

Krysten is amazing. I had one therapist prior and it was the worst first experience you could have so going into this with her I wasn't sure what to expect. But she listens, she does not judge, and she genuinely cares/wants to help you.
