I am working with Dr. Alexandria Vincent to address relationship issues with trust; anxiety from over thinking; focusing and increase concentration to decrease procrastination and this has been a productive experience since day one. She is readily available when I want to talk and helps me sort through the misunderstandings I am having with myself. Dr. Vincent is an active listener and provides a nonjudgemental environment for me to work in. She is very comforting and encourages me to push forward, even when I can't find anything left in me. Dr. Vincent has such a positive personality and I look forward to the many more sessions with her.

Dr. Alexandria Vincent has help me with my current and past relationship issues, life changes, and adjusting to a new job and a move. She is easy to communicate with and make me feel like I am being heard. It is hard to talk with most people about past personal issues, but Dr. Vincent takes the tension away and helps the conversations flow smoothly. I like how avaliable she is for me when I need to talk or having a tough moment.
