About me

I believe in helping people, not managing diagnostic labels. Therefore, I provide counseling for people struggling with various life transitions. Sometimes these transitions take the form of the end of a relationship (e.g. divorce or death), navigating a new stage in life (i.e. retirement, unemployment, going to college, getting or starting a new job, etc.) or grappling with an unexpected stressor. I love helping people develop real solutions to overcoming adversity in their lives.

I believe people can use adversity to grow stronger emotionally and encourage my clients to look at their difficult circumstances in a new way. My goal is to help all my clients grow more resilient, no matter their life circumstances. What do you need help with in your life?

Aaron listened intently and with compassion. He offered perspective I couldn't see; avenues of questioning myself that made me think more deeply about myself. And he was always on time. Recommended.

Aaron actively listens to my concerns and seems to be able to give me clarity of my situation in a knowledgable, empathetic way. Today's session really helped me deal with a couple of present time concerns dealing with Mourning and personal choices I made that were bothering me. I am very happy to have him as a therapist.

He is absolutely the best therapist I’ve ever seen. Not only will he listen and help offer suggestions and support, but he’s extremely knowledgeable on my issue as well as a host of others. I’m very grateful to have found him and gotten his help at a time I really needed help. I look forward to our sessions and I hope to continue to work with him well into the future (as he’s that good). A pure 11/10, A +++++
