Aaron is a really great listener. He creates a really calm and safe environment in which to discuss any issues you may have and suggests very practical exercises to help you work through anxiety and stress. I've only worked with Aaron for a few sessions but I'm already feeling much more confident in myself and glad that I made the choice to go into therapy.
Thoughtful and helpful. I can feel myself improving and it’s through Aaron’s support and expertise.
Although I have only just started, Aaron has been great so far and has been helping me a lot in managing my anxiety. Even now I am already noticing changes in my ability to talk to people and my ability to be comfortable around others.
Aaron helped me understand how I should filter my thoughts and deal with anxiety. Very grateful.
Aaron has been very attentive and understanding during my sessions and has helped me understand myself by creating a non-judgmental environment for me to talk freely.
I am very thankful for Aaron. I have never been to counseling before. Aaron put me at ease from the first session and has been able to help me get to the heart of the issues I'm facing right now. He's given me some real tools to help me start battling some life-long issues. I am very thankful for him. I am also thankful for the Better Help platform. I'm not sure if I ever would have actually followed through on my promise to seek out counseling if it hadn't been for the BetterHelp's seamless process of matching me up with Aaron. Overall, I am so thankful for both my counselor and for BetterHelp.
Aaron is understanding, caring and compassionate. He has helped me to learn new coping mechanisms that help with letting go of my anxiety, depression and addiction. He is skilled in leading you through problems, asking the right questions to allow you to see the possibility of positive outcomes and to stay grounded in reality. His relaxed methodical approach allows you to reach your own conclusions through the use of easy to follow problem solving techniques and mindfulness based meditation. Thank you Aaron.
Aaron has really helped me with managing my negative thought patterns and difficult emotions. I really appreciate that his approach focuses on moving forward and taking action without staying stuck on dissecting the past. In the months I've seen Aaron as a therapist, I've noticed a huge improvement in my overall mental health. He quickly understood what was working for me, and catered our sessions to my personality, interests and preferred style. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with anxiety, panic, depression, hopelessness, low self esteem and/or difficult life changes!
Aaron George from my experience so far in the short time I have been in contact with him is professional, to the point and focused on dealing with one issue at a time ( which I find works a lot better for recovery been as I tend to bring up a lot all at once sometimes) but he knows when to say ''take a step back, let's deal with this first'' and it's extremely helpful. Unlike other people i've spoke to he isn't trying to get you to tell him everything at once, he takes things one at a time and provides the essential support needed for each topic you tell him. This is why I will continue working with Aaron as I feel I have found someone with a great treatment style that suits me.
I have had many counselors in my life because I believe in the job they provide. Aaron George is extremely knowledgeable and committed to his approach, and has helped me tremendously to recognize certain areas I need to work on such as patience, support, and encouragement. Aaron is the type of counselor I would continue to go back to when needed because he doesn't just sweep the dirt under the rug, he gets rid of the dirt.
I feel truly blessed to have found him!
