About me

My name is Aaron Landry, I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been practicing for over 15 years and I am currently licensed in both Maine and Florida. I have worked with the entire spectrum of the population from children to the older adults. I have experience working with and helping people recover from depression, anxiety, stress related disorders, bi-polar disorder, divorce and custody issues.

It is my firm belief that everyone feels overwhelmed from time to time and could benefit from having a neutral person to talk to without judgement. I also believe that everyone is capable of recovery and should be afforded the opportunity to lead their best life. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. My goal is to build a professional relationship with my clients with the sole purpose of working together to solve what it is that they feel is a problem in their life, or simply to listen if someone needs to process out loud while they organize their life or work through a transition. My emphasis is starting and adapting where you feel most comfortable. Need help? Let's talk.

Aaron is extremely easy to talk to, has a kind, calm demeanor and listens without judgement. I have had weekly therapy sessions for over a year and believe through therapy I have achieved what I came here to do, which was to heal healthy from the disillusion of my marriage. Aaron helped me become stronger and believe in myself and I now have a solid path to follow for a peaceful future.

Aaron really supported me as I talked through my anxiety and challenges as a new mom. It was great to have someone to talk to as I start this journey, and make sure I'm doing well so I can be there for my daughter.
