I am a licensed Master's level social worker specializing stress/anxiety reduction, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and interpersonal relationship difficulties. I help you harness your strengths, learn ways to cope, and constructively approach challenges in your life. I typically respond to clients weekly depending on the level of need, but you can feel free to message me or schedule a phone session for more urgent matters. My hope is to create an online space that feels supportive and encourages you to set goals and work towards those on a daily basis.
