About Me

I graduated in 2011 from St. Ambrose University with a Masters degree in Social Work focusing on empowerment practice. I am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with adults and adolescents in individual and group settings, dealing with substance use disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. I also work as a life coach and mentor for adolescents and young adults struggling with goal setting. my approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused. My focus is helping clients explore changes needed to live a happier and more fulfilling life, building the motivation to make changes and taking action.
