About me

Seeking therapy is an important step in your mental health journey, and finding the right therapist for you is just as important. I am a licensed therapist in Kentucky with over 4 years of professional experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, relationship issues, and career difficulties.

I work with clients in a collaborative & non-judgmental manner. It is important to me that you feel safe, respected, and seen each time you participate in a therapy session. My approach to therapy is creative, solution-focused and trauma-informed. I recognize that there is not one therapeutic technique that works for all clients. Therefore, I utilize a variety of different treatment methods in order to meet each client's individual needs on a holistic level.

The therapeutic process is a beautiful tool in helping you live a more satisfying, happy life. I am here to support you through that process.
