It is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Abby and I counselor that specializes in working with young adults and older adults. My training has allowed me to gain exposure to a wide array of groups. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, am a licensed professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor. I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy in the majority of my cases but I am also open to adopt other approaches depending on the individual. It is always tailored to the client.
