Addison is a consummate professional. Has always been patient with my rants, yet stern enough to call me on my “nonsense”. I appreciate his input and always look forward to hear his point of view and direction on what’s going on in my world

Addison is patient, which anyone who knows me, knows just how much that is saying. He listens carefully and responds thoughtfully. He's supportive and he also helps keep me accountable for the work I need to do.
