About Me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the states of Texas and California. I have over 10 years experience working with clients who are struggling with a variety of mental health issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem to childhood trauma, PTSD, addiction, self-injurious behavior, and relationship difficulties. These issues tend to lead to lack of confidence, social withdrawal, and isolation which makes the healing process feel hopeless and defeating. I believe that healing and recovery do not happen in isolation and cannot be done alone, and that is why I am here to help.

My approach to therapy is very eclectic and collaborative and I use multiple modalities and theories to assist individuals in their process of self-discovery. I believe that gaining an understanding of the underlying issues in a safe and supportive environment is the most effective way to achieve awareness and create change. My goal is to create a positive and collaborative relationship that will support you in your journey to self-healing and happiness.

Right when I considered giving up on therapy, I was suggested Adi. It could not have been a more perfect match. I feel so connected to and heard by her and I'm so grateful that I was matched with her. I'm making real progress and I know that will continue with her in my corner.

Adi is kind, encouraging and helpful. She's a great listener and she has helped me to really be honest and kind to myself as I'm working through therapy. She has helped me to confront what I need to without guilt and shame. I always enjoy our sessions and would highly recommend her.

Really enjoyed all my sessions with Adi. She actively listens and has follow-up questions that really make you dig deep about yourself. I found her to always be approachable and kind and easy to open up to. I believe we were able to build a very nice, trusting relationship throughout the sessions and I will remember my time with her fondly.

She listens very carefully to details and is very understanding. She will give multiple resources to help in case one way doesn't seem to work for you.
