I am a professional counselor licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. I am a 4w5.
My counseling style is open to fit your needs. I believe in helping you work on what you want to work on. I will accept you for you who are while supporting the positive changes you want to make. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy and trauma focused therapy.
