About me
I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years experience as a therapist and I have a passion for helping others. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, suicidal ideations, and substance abuse. I have also worked with people suffering from all kinds of abuse and have helped them work through the trauma they have experienced.
My counseling style is respectful and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I have a strong belief in equality for all human beings and I work to help all of my clients learn to accept and love themselves for who they are. My approach is client centered, tailoring our treatment plan to your needs and your specific life circumstance. Clinically, I combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic counseling to get the best result that I can.
I commend you for taking the initial steps to work on yourself and to address your problems head on. This decision takes courage, but with the right therapist it can change your life for the better. I would love to be that therapist that helps you become the best version of yourself!
I look forward to working with you!
