About me

My name is Adrian Gaither, and I am a licensed professional therapist in the state of Georgia. Please keep in mind - I only work with clients who are physically in the state of Georgia. I am currently providing individual therapeutic services, where each session is 30-45 minutes in duration. All clients are encouraged to discuss different concerns in sessions, which are recommended to be weekly starting out. You are able to cancel sessions if need be; it will not be considered a no-show appointment if cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Therapy is a collaborative approach. I tend to bring in evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients explore what they do have control over – identifying thoughts, processing emotions and behavioral reactions. The main goal is to build cognitive flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Jean Chatzky once said, “resilience isn’t a skill. It’s a variety of skills and coping mechanisms”.

I do not complete and send out any Family Medical Leave documentation, recommendations for Emotional Support Animal, disability insurance paperwork, etc. I look forward to working with you.
