About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have worked with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I am a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). I have worked with individuals from different cultural backgrounds and different levels of acculturation.

My approach to counseling is to have a foundation of trust and unconditional positive regard. Creating a safe environment for individuals to express themselves without fear of judgment is key in my counseling style. I believe it takes courage to seek help when we are going through a difficult time. There are moments in life in which we are not able to approach even those closest to us for fear of judgment or fear of not being listened to.

I am eclectic in my counseling style and will use different approaches to best fit your needs. No matter your situation, there is clarity and a way to move forward!

I look forward to working with you and hearing your story!

Adriana is a great listener which is really what I need at this time. I don't want to bother my friends and family with my problems.

Adriana seems like she truly cares about me. Her response time is awesome. I feel like I can reach out any time and she will be there to help me through the day. I have only been working with her for a couple of weeks but she has already improved my train of thought and ways of thinking about things. I can't wait to keep learning about each other.

She’s the best therapist I have had in my 20 years of life. If you only knew how much she’s helping me. Thanks to her, I love myself again an I’m healing my scars.

Adriana is amazing! I have been looking for mental health services. After struggling to find one that accepts my insurance, I decided to take matters in my own hands and got referred here by a friend. I got connected with Adriana quickly. She is personable and I feel like I am heard. She helps me make positive steps in my life and challenges me to continue. She is positive and kind. She gives me the push when I need it. I am so grateful to have Adriana as my counselor. This is absolutely worth the money I pay!!!

The thing that I liked about Adrianna was she was able to help me and my partner focus on the harsh truths about our relationship in a way that was conducive to finding a way to fix these problems. However first they had to be exposed. It was pulling off the band aid with as little pain as possible, and it helped a lot.
