Hello! My name is Adrianne Mason. I am a licensed Clinical mental Health Counselor in Utah. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master's Degree in Mental Health in 2005. Since that time, I have worked with clients as a juvenile probation officer, therapist and school district social worker. My experience has been helping people through issues relating to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, stress, relationship, domestic violence (victims and court ordered individuals) and sexual assault (victims and court ordered individuals).
I describe my approach as client centered and solution focused. I believe in starting where you are at, creating a plan together and empowering you to reach those goals. It would be my pleasure to assist you in your journey through life. I hope to chat with you soon!

Adrianne is this first therapist I’ve found in awhile that I’ve loved. She meets me where I’m at, hears me out fully, doesn’t try to “fix” me but rather finds what works for me in areas I’m looking to manage better, and brings a sense of gentleness to our talks.

I am so grateful to Adrianne for all she did for me. I was not able to continue counselling due to personal reasons but I would highly recommend her. She was very easy to talk and I started noticing a difference after just a couple of sessions.
It’s still pretty new but straight away she asked great questions and we dove right into my problems. I’ve realized I prefer messaging so I can respond when I’m mentally ready and she’s great at communicating this way. I’ve already told a few friends how happy I am with her, and the better help app.
Adrianne is my second therapist through better help and she has been amazing. She really jumped in quickly to start evaluating and helping me with my concerns. I feel like she is putting in a great deal of effort to get to know me and my struggles so she can best help me work through them. I know that virtual therapy can be tricky, but this has been a huge help to me!
I really enjoy working with Adrienne. In the short amount of time we have been working together she has made me feel very comfortable and has been very good at listening to my concerns. She has given me tools and worksheets in order to help myself reflect and be a able to gather my thoughts.
When I talk to Adrianne she makes me feel comfortable right away. Sometimes it feels like having a good conversation with a good friend. She makes therapy such a positive experience.
When I started with BetterHelp I was afraid of failing and I had a lot of excess baggage. After a month of working with Adrianne I understand that failing is a part of the experience, and I've left all my baggage at the station. I'm very thankful for Adrianne's help and for the service that BetterHelp has provided. I am right at being a completely changed person for the better.

Adrianne is a great listener, and gives good advice about a wide range of topics. She responds quickly, provides plenty of resources, and stays in touch.
Adrianne is fantastic! She's a great listener and is great to talk to. She really understands what I'm going through and how I'm feeling. In-between sessions she sends me exercises that give me things I can work on based on what we've talked about. I can also message her via text/voice if I need anything and I get a quick response. Adrianne has been helping me through my depression and I'm grateful for all she's done so far. I really look forward to our sessions.
Adrianne responds to all my concerns. She takes the time to review what I text and then gives me suggestions and things to work on. I feel connected throughout the week . She is really good at understanding whats important to me .

I have only been speaking to Adrianne for a very short time but she has helped me to process and start to overcome a very sensitive and emotional time in my life. She has always messaged me back extremely quickly and made sure we had a video session when she felt like I needed a chat. I feel her guidance has helped me a lot to process everything I have been dealing with and will be able to come through this challenging time in my life in a much better way.
