“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”
I am a firm believer in treating mental health with the same importance and dignity as physical health. My own life drastically improved once I took the time to understand what I can do to care for my own mental wellness while allowing myself to be open to outside help. Equipping yourself with supportive knowledge and skills from trusted resources can make all the difference in working through life’s challenging experiences.
