“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”
Mental health and wellness is just as important as physical health. While we often don’t forget that we need to eat right, we forget that we have to get the garbage out of our minds as well. It is important to know that there is help out there and to have a great support system around you to get through the toughest of times. While I have had my share of hardships and losses, I still find the time each day to enjoy life and be thankful. It is imperative to be aware of your thoughts and keep them from going to a dark place when you can.
