“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”

When it comes to Mental Health/Substance Use Disorders, I believe that education is intervention. I believe that the more knowledge we share with our audience regarding Mental Health & Wellness, the better their chances to make constructive choices conducive to their wellbeing. I believe that all individuals have the solutions to their "ailments" in their core, to which access is not always readily available, for reasons life throws on them. Shedding some light onto to those areas by means of education and guidance is often necessary to assist individuals to uncover what they know is best for them, deep down.
