“My Philosophy on Mental Health and Wellness”

She wants her clients to be partners in their healing and to understand how powerful their minds are, how mind and body are connected and believes healing of issues related to love addiction, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, lack of fulfillment or adjustment to change are possible.

People notice her passion for working to help them heal, feel heard, achieve goals and live the life they want to be living. She strongly relates to the term "wounded" healer and believes that means she is compassionate FOR and empathic TO their needs.
