"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"

I believe that mental health and wellness permeate throughout all aspects of our lives. Wellness to me is not a “one size fits all” term, but rather a way of life defined on one’s own terms. Because I believe that many different forms of health contribute to our overall sense of wellness, I am committed to learning as much as I can to inform clients of holistic best practices to improve their overall sense of wellness.
