"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"

Mental wellness is something that is not taught in school, and it's not something that we generally learn at the dinner table. In fact, it has only been in recent years that the importance of mental health and wellness has become something that people feel open and comfortable discussing. While a very important key to mental wellness is self-care and the utilization of coping and grounding skills, cognitive processing is also a critical element of improving our moods and ability to enjoy life to the best of our abilities.
