"My Philosophy on Mental Health and Wellness"

Whether we choose to admit it or not, each and every one of us at some point in our lives has been touched by mental health issues. Like cancer, mental health is a real and potentially life-threatening matter and should be addressed with the same, if not an even higher level of care and intensity. My goal is to eliminate the negative connotations surrounding mental health and to encourage open conversation about a very real aspect of the human experience.
