Professional Experience

Writing And More

Sydney has been passionate about writing and editing her entire life. No topic is off-limits; she has covered a wide variety of content. She has spent the last few years as a freelance writer, taking on an array of projects for different clients. For over a year now, she has been creating and editing articles for BetterHelp.com, an online counseling platform. Passionate about mental health and always wanting to learn more, she writes on all sorts of topics, researching each one in-depth along the way. In addition to writing, Sydney is a flight attendant who loves meeting new people and seeing the world from new perspectives.

"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"

Writing about topics related to mental health is not something to take lightly. Often, people seek these articles out when they’re not in a good place or looking for some hope for their situation. It’s important to me that each topic is well-researched, honest, and inspires the one reading it to keep moving forward.

Conclusion

I am grateful that I can utilize my passion for writing and translate it into something that can help another person feel less alone. Just as I have had to find hope in my own life and struggles, I aim to communicate the importance of finding one’s own reasons to hope through my writing.

Sydney Wiederhold

I am grateful to contribute to the conversation as mental health awareness spreads throughout the world and stigmas lose the power they once had.
