"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"
As a counseling professional, Wendy has seen the amazingly beneficial impact that counseling can have on people. However, there can be resistance to counseling due to the stigma around mental health services. Wendy’s goal is to dispel these myths, make mental health resources and information attainable, and to help more people access the services that we all need from time to time. Wendy strives to inspire her clients to not just live - but to THRIVE!
