Dr. Aimee Foster, Psychologist
About me
While we can't always anticipate the curve balls life will throw, we can develop a healthy skill base to help us manage these struggles effectively. When we don't have the tools required to get us through tough circumstances we may develop increased symptoms of depression or anxiety, or the use of other maladaptive coping strategies like substances, disordered eating habits, self-harm, or additional compulsive behaviors. I'm interested in helping you learn how to manage life more effectively in a judgement free, supportive environment.
With over 10 years of experience working across multiple levels of care I know that it can be difficult to take this first step toward self-improvement. If you are willing to put in the work, the benefits of good therapy can far outweigh the challenges. Please don't hesitate to call. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs and goals for therapy!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Aimee Foster. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She has been a tremendous counselor. I had been wanting to speak with someone for a long time but have a hard time opening up and trusting people. After a lot of chaos happened at the same time I decided to seek help, she has been supportive and encouraging and helpful. I've never been so thankful. Its a long road but knowing there is someone I respect and trust like her eases the anxiety of moving forward and tackling life.
