About me

I am licensed in Texas with 13 years of professional work experience. I have expertise in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, & coping with life changes. We have all had a rough three years. Even people who have never experienced symptoms of mental health dysfunction are struggling right now. My therapy style is very laid back and casual. My therapeutic approaches are primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Reality Therapy - with a little bit of humor mixed in. We can work together to help you learn strategies to manage your emotions, reframe negative thoughts, and dispute irrational beliefs. I know deciding to participate in therapy is a big step. I appreciate you taking the time to look at my profile. I would love to hear from you, please feel free to ask any questions you might have.

Aimee is amazing. She’s patient, considerate, and provided me with super helpful advices and techniques to deal with my panic attack. My symptom shows significant improvement after trying out what she taught me and I feel very comfortable sharing my experience and concern with her. I truly appreciate her help to get me fully recover. Highly recommend!

Aimee took the time to thoroughly listen to all my concerns, and offered great feedback that I could begin incorporating into my life immediately. She has a very interesting background which makes her able to connect with a wide array of people (myself included). I would recommend Aimee to any of my friends.

She is very respectful and helps so much even with one session already done. I’m very excited to work with her more.
