About me
Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a culturally competent and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults seeking solutions to combat symptoms of anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. I am also trained to work with chronically and severely mentally ill adults, having worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, building rapport and welcoming all individuals.
My goal is to especially be of service to men and women who are experiencing issues related to being single, and experiencing feelings of loneliness, social isolation, anxiety, depression, societal pressure, and adjustment and identity issues. As your therapist, I am here to listen, to validate, and to provide support in a safe and non-judgmental space setting. I view my clients as capable adults, and sessions will be person-centered and tailored to your specific needs. Therapy goals will include developing a healthy sense of self, cultivating your strengths, personal growth, healing, and goal attainment.
I truly believe that the skills and insights gained during therapy will help you create and increase satisfaction in your daily life.
I look forward to working with you soon!
