To simply put it, Ajani helped me change my life. I never thought I would have a therapist who I felt so comfortable with, it was almost like having a very honest friend. There were changes I wanted to make in my life that I just never did. I thought I could do things on my own, when I just needed some guidance. I never truly embraced myself neither did I love myself. Working with him made me realize the beauty in life and how to love myself. I have never been happier with myself, and I never thought I would get to this point in my life. He guided me through all the goods and the bads which led me to happiness. My life wouldn’t be the same if I hadn’t had his guidance.

Ajani is a therapist who doesn’t just agree with my statements or just make small replies with “yea, that makes sense”. Ajani challenges me in my thinking and is not afraid to call me out on things I say. He has provided me with many different ways to approach some of the problems I have. He has always listened to my problems and is willing to tell me when he is proud of a break through when he can tell I’m being open and honest with my thoughts and feelings. On the flip side, he will say when he doesn’t believe me that I’m being honest with feelings on a specific topic. Ultimately, he has a great attitude, a great demeanor, and I look forward to talking to him to continue making myself better.
