About me

I am licensed in Ohio with over 17 years of professional counseling experience. My focus is helping clients with stress and anxiety, feelings of confusion, loneliness and sadness, relationship issues, parenting issues, substance use, family conflict, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have helped folks to make positive changes in their relationships, in their careers and to build a rewarding and meaningful life. It takes courage to take the first steps toward change. I would like to support that courage by working with you in a collaborative, practical way to make the changes you need and want. We’ll work together to accomplish these goals with empathy, humor and a sense of purpose. I offer a nonjudgmental perspective, always keeping in mind that your time and resources are valuable so that we move as directly as possible to accomplish your goals. I am able to schedule sessions that being from 7:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
