Alan is a phenomenal source of wisdom and understanding. He has helped shaped my outlook on trauma and circumstance that has helped me navigate through life with a better outlook. Since starting with Alan, he has helped me grow in ways that greatly exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares, is well versed and highly educated in all things psychology, and will help you grow to be your best self, then Alan Montes should be your go to person!

I am grateful for Alan’s continuous support. He is conceptual & compassionate in his therapeutic approach. He has an acute ability to dive deeply with me into the wildly metaphorical landscape of the mind.

I was matched with Mr. Montes, and besides it being fun, I realized at the end of my treatment months later that my life was better because his advice and questions were more useful than my attorneys, my goals/ dreams were put into perspective, and obtainable, what I believed to be a mountain are now meer any hills, my troubles are few and far between if any now, my faith restored in counseling and he changed me for the better as a person overall. I am so thankful for all the times he broke me down super tackfully with great insight. I would recommend him to anyone who's ever had a bad experience in counseling because he's all about fixing you and the right diagnosis.
I know some people write bad reviews for counselors cause I've read them and just laughed cause I know they haven't met my counselor yet. He's only one in a million, hard to find and so great to have. I'm sad to not work with him anymore honestly but learned so much!

With so much going on in the world, Betterhelp is just what i needed.
Alan has done a great job of guiding me to the answers I seek and offering common sense advice. Not alot of round about either. Very direct in helping me deal with my current state of mind.
