I use a client-centered, compassionate approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals develop tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and building a life that feels meaningful. CBT helps clients understand and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, while DBT focuses on emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress and tolerance.
