Her ability to actively listen and provide valuable insight on every issue I may bring up has been extremely helpful. She is very thoughtful in how she guides each therapy session, while also always keeping things positive.

Alexandra has been so comforting and helpful to me. Our time has been short but so far I can really see how she is helping me with practical ways to work on what is troubling me. I appreciate her affirmations as well as her honesty.
