Allie makes me feel like all of my feelings/emotions and thoughts are valid and okay. She is amazing with helping me understand why I may be reacting/feeling a certain way. She is always giving me different ways I can approach a problem that may benefit me personally. Speaking to Allie has really helped me understand myself more deeply :)
Allie has really helped me out with my life
I love my sessions with Allie. It feels like I'm talking to a close friend who doesn't judge me. She understands how vulnerable and abandoned I feel and listens to my concerns. I never feel invalidated with my emotions.
She has been great and I look forward to working with her!
