About me

Hello and a warm welcome, I am fully qualified registered member of the BACP in the UK with 4 years of professional counselling work experience. I also have 12 years of extensive experience in helping clients to cope with and overcome addictions and substance misuse. An area I am truly passionate about.

Along with this I am experienced in working with trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem and confidence, depression and anxiety, stress, relationship/family issues, domestic abuse and life changes. I always work with my clients to create an open, comfortable and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, My approach combines cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, and psychodynamic therapy. I aim to help you get the very best out of your therapy sessions, so I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Taking the first step into exploring the difficulties and challenges you are facing takes courage and can feel daunting. I am here to help and be there alongside you each step of the way on your therapy journey so that you can live the happier and more fulfilling life that you truly deserve.
