About me
I am happy you're here. Just searching for a therapist can feel overwhelming, let alone taking that first step into a therapy session. I want to ease your worry a little bit, and let you know you're in good hands. I have worked in the field of mental health for seven years, from hospitals, to agencies, and now private practice. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages with Eating Disorders with other mental health problems such as Depression, Anxiety, or Bipolar. I believe strongly in using therapy that is centered in compassion, and is specific to each individual. I will use whatever technique fits for YOU. I commit to pulling tools from many different methods that are specific to your needs, strengths, and personal situation.
