About me

I believe a therapists job is to be an expert in being HAPPY and walking the talk. As a SURVIVOR of Child Abuse, Rape, Kidnapping and a Divorced family, I am proud to now be a happy and fulfilled person and I take no greater joy than teaching others how to do the same. Work History: I worked 10yrs with Special Needs Adults and Children through Graduate School at UCSB, following Graduate School I worked in East Los Angeles with inner city Foster Children in their homes and schools doing therapy for 8yrs. Since 2010 I have had my own Private Practice where i focused on Teens and Children with Abuse and Trauma and assisting parents in parenting. In my personal life I have been a Lifeguard, Sail Racer, College Tennis Player, Professional Opera singer and done volunteer work in India with the monks and Tibetan refugees. I have learned to live my life less afraid and held back by the rules and stories that have stolen my Joy in life. It would give me no greater pleasure than to work with people who are open to change and interested in living their true life purpose.
I hope you reach out today and take the first step toward YOUR happiness. The first step is the hardest. I look forward to hearing from you!
