I have over 6 years of experience working as a therapist, over 1 year as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is individualized and integrative, tailored to meet each client’s needs. I have experience working in a partial hospitalization outpatient setting with adults with addictions, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and trauma and abuse. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families in a school setting, providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and abuse as well as learning disabilities.
I provide a safe, comfortable and compassionate space that fosters the therapeutic relationship. This space allows individuals to openly explore thoughts, emotions and behavior patterns, while learning to express emotions and relieve distress in a healthy way. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a focus on individual's experiences in family, friend and other relationships. I provide an authentic and direct approach which helps guide and challenge clients to move forward in the growth process, developing insight and skills. I enjoy helping others identify their needs, gain insight, and develop healthy communication and coping skills. I provide a space to receive support, gain clarity, and grow.
