Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Alexis Owings. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Alexis is a good listener and understands my issues well. She asks helpful questions. I think she could actually be a little more probing and directive, but maybe she would be with other people who have deeper problems than I do. I mostly needed a sounding board and mirror, and she did a great job with supplying that for me.
