With AJ as my therapist, I feel heard when I share my concerns and in the kindest way, I’m pushed to grow and address my thoughts and feelings. I feel safe to talk about my life and like I will receive the help needed when I ask for it. I appreciate it greatly.

Working with AJ was a great investment, and the experience exceeded my expectations. He helped me gain a range of new skills, tools, and perspectives to manage both myself and my relationship better, and now I don't feel stuck anymore. He is deeply caring, can be funny at times, and always so patient--can't recommend enough!

AJ is such a positive presence for my therapy work. I learn so much and understand concepts more deeply because of his presentation and interactions with me. He seems to know what I need to move forward in a positive direction.

AJ is amazing. He can relate to me on many levels due to his background being similar to mine. He understands what I’m attempting to communicate, he’s patient with my unreasonable amounts of information, and he always manages to give me feedback for each issue. He sends resources for me to work on, and they’re always exactly what I need. I’ve had breakthroughs I couldn’t have managed alone. He’s a great therapist. 10/10 would recommend.
