As a practical, interactive, and culturally sensitive Clinical Psychologist with a subspecialty in Marriage and Family Therapy, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback through researched and evidenced-based interventions i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness. Individuals and couples are welcome to my practice.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques, blending conventional and alternative psychotherapy models, to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client.
