I appreciate Alicia's authenticity while respectfully reminding me of my goals and how my choices are impacting progress. Alicia makes time to respond to messages and provides reflective questions. She makes it feel like a productive and validating session until we meet again. Personally, I enjoy homework assignments such as completing worksheets because it encourages me to be vulnerable and prepares me for the next session.
