I’ve been working with Alicia for a few years now and she’s always incredibly respectful and addresses each concern no matter how big or small. My relationship with my family has greatly improved thanks to my communication with Alicia.

Alicia is great! She responds with an understanding and ability to relate to situations. I always feel validated and heard, even when she is offering a better way to do/react than I may otherwise be open to. I would highly recommend Alicia to others as a counselor.

Alicia is the best therapist I've had in a decade. She is thorough, thoughtful, and gets it. One of the most challenging things in a relationship is finding someone that you click with that is on the same wavelength as you, and she is totally on it and I feel very understood and don't feel myself needing to explain my explanations/feelings or put things into more context. She just gets it if that makes sense, and provides very good advice and thoughts. Very happy to have found her!

I changed my counselor twice before I came across Alicia. It has only been about a week that we've been working together so we haven't really had the time to get really thorough but so far I am really enjoying working with Alicia. She has a personality that you can feel through the computer and it almost feels like I'm emailing or chatting with a friend (who is experienced in counseling). She hasn't ignored anything that I've said, in fact, she addresses almost every single thing I say, and trust me.. I say A LOT! I am really looking forward to continuing working with her as it has been really great thus far.
