Alicia has been a major help during the past year and is very good at what she does. Thank you Alicia.
Friends and family can tell you something a hundred times, but that advice hits different when you get it from a counselor. Alicia can follow my train of thought, read my body language and just in general keep up with me and remind me of old promises I forgot about. Talking to her really centers me and helps me work through my problems constructively. I can not recommend her or this app more!
She takes the time to get to know me and my concerns. Every week we start just where we left off. She is very intelligent and always helping me think outside the box. I am a better version of myself and continuing to improve and I have myself to thank. But i have her wisdom and expertise to thank for giving me the knowledge and courage to thank myself.
Alicia has helped me slow down my anxious thoughts and find healthier ways to cope with anxiety. Over the past few months she has helped me challenge my negative thought patterns and move towards a more positive mindset.
Alicia was very patient and easy to talk to. She helped me tackle some of my problems regarding anxiety and insecurity by introducing me to anxiety-reducing behavioral methods as well as helping me to set goals for myself. She's a great counselor and I anticipate I'll continue thinking about her advice and using the positive-thinking methods she taught me.
I have the best counselor! I feel completely comfortable telling her stuff and she asks questions to get me to think and I really Like that! Definitely recommend her!
Alicia is my first counselor at BetterHelp and she has been really great. She asks me questions to help guide me to what I'm thinking and feeling. I have always been worried about biases coming out or being told "what to do" in some areas of my life. Alicia is extremely respectful and has only been great so far.
Alicia is very supportive and helpful and doesn’t allow me to give up. She's always encouraging and pushing me.
It's wonderful to talk to friends and family but sometimes you need someone who is objective. Alicia is compassionate and kind her advice and suggestions have been very helpful. Like most life situations there is no magic wand that can fix your life, but I have learned to be more patient with my feelings. I definitely see an improvement in my mental state and highly recommend Alicia.
Alicia has been attentive and patient. I have several things going on and she knows the priority of those things and is focused on it without ignoring the bigger picture. She has provided several tools and ways to address my issues. She has been caring and has encouraged me not to push myself too quickly, as I am experiencing health issues under the stress of facing the hard work of unpacking my issues. She has also encouraged my writing. In the beginning I wrote a great deal of information and she was interested and encouraged me to do more.
