About me

Welcome to my page! Congratulations on taking this first step for you or for your teen! I work with adult women and teens on Betterhelp to support a person centered exploration. I will engage with you in assessing and analyzing your values, and strengths to identify how to use them to navigate life's challenges. I approach therapy in a holistic way to see you as a whole person and not just symptoms of current or past trauma.

My passion and experience is working with self-identifying women who are stuck in their relationship with food, past trauma, poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression and/or disordered eating. I also work with teens who live with mental health concerns and adjustment difficulties.

I am here for you, to build on your resiliency and to walk with you in your own personal journey. I am here to support and guide you through the therapeutic process to help you reconnect with you! I am here for you, to build on your resiliency and to walk with you in your own personal journey. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you, earn your trust, and provide the best quality of care.

Alicia had been so helpful, kind, and patient during our meetings. I really appreciate the perspective and support she brings to each issue and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
