My name is Aline Ehade, I'm a License Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. I have worked as a mental health professional for the past 8 years. In my approach to counseling, I aim to empower clients to achieve their goals by discovering and becoming their authentic selves. I believe clients already possess within them the capacity and solutions to deal with their issues and therapy is a means of discovering the resources clients need to enhance their mental wellness.
