Allison is amazing. She's supportive and knowledgable, but also really down to earth and easy to talk to. She takes the time to check in and she remembers the small details. She's guided me out of addiction and lead me to a huge breakthrough. I can't say enough good things about her.

Allison is amazing. She makes me feel very comfortable to open up and talk about anything. She listens and makes me feel more at ease with each session.

I would definitely recommend Allison as she helps you realize why you are having issues and relates it back to you in a way you can understand..makes you feel it’s ok to feel how you feel and what was is best to help you cope.. control what you can and make urself stronger.

Allison is lovely and friendly. She listens to what I have to say and is really good at understanding the difficult things I’m trying to say. She checks in on me if I haven’t contacted her in a few days. Our video calls are very beneficial to me.
